The AI hair style recommendation feature in ReggBook is started only by the user or authorized business user. It processes camera frames temporarily on the device only to generate hair style recommendations.
This feature is not used for biometric authentication, identification or recognizing the user. If a hair style is selected, only the selected style file name or image reference may be associated with the customer record for future recommendation or reminder purposes. This is not face data.
Appointment, employee, branch, customer and service records visible to a main organization administrator / superOwner in a multi-branch business structure are not based on marketing consent. They are processed as part of the contractual operation of the application and the branch management feature, as further explained in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
I understand that I may withdraw marketing communication consent at any time through app settings or by emailing info@reggbook.com.
If I do not want to use the AI hair style recommendation feature, I may refuse camera permission or disable it from device settings. Without camera permission, this feature will not work, while other basic appointment and customer management features may continue to be used.
