This text explains the general terms of use for the ReggBook mobile application and reggbook.com. It is a draft and does not replace legal advice.
These terms are between all persons or entities using ReggBook (the “User”) and Tayfun Kaya, operator of ReggBook (the “Service Provider”).
ReggBook provides software tools for appointment planning, customer and employee tracking, simple internal income/expense and balance tracking, campaign management and business organization.
ReggBook does not provide accounting, audit, tax advisory or official bookkeeping services. Records created in the app are only auxiliary internal management records.
The AI hair style recommendation feature works only when started by the user or authorized business user. It processes camera frames temporarily on the device to recommend hair styles. It is not used for biometric identification or user recognition.
Where the relevant plan and permissions are active, ReggBook may provide multi-branch management. The main organization administrator / superOwner may review branch applications and view or manage connected branch employees, appointments, customer records, working hours, timesheets and service/transaction records.
The main organization administrator may initiate termination of a branch relationship, closing of branch visibility, termination of employee relationships or transfer of branch owner authority to another eligible user. The relevant business and users are responsible for ensuring that these actions comply with their real-world authority, contracts and applicable law.
After branch closure, employee/owner termination or authority transfer, ReggBook may retain limited user, company, subscription, log and transaction time data as explained in the Privacy Policy to maintain system continuity, protect record integrity, prevent subscription/trial abuse and manage possible disputes.
ReggBook is not a party to commercial, employment, tax, profit-sharing, representation or contractual disputes between the main organization, branches, owners or employees. The platform provides only a technical management tool based on user declarations and in-app authorization flows.
All tax, insurance, employment law and similar legal obligations belong to the relevant user or business. ReggBook does not undertake any obligation before official authorities on behalf of users.
ReggBook uses reasonable efforts to provide the service, but interruptions may occur because of internet infrastructure, third-party services or unforeseen technical issues. In significant ReggBook-caused outages exceeding 24 hours, ReggBook may, as a goodwill measure, provide one additional month of use to affected paid subscribers.
ReggBook does not display third-party ad network advertisements and does not transfer user data to third parties for marketing. Important maintenance, security and service notices may be sent by email, push notification or in-app announcement.
Users may request account deletion through the app or by emailing info@reggbook.com. Active profile and appointment data are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except limited records retained for disputes, security, subscription integrity or legal obligations.
After branch closure, authority transfer or termination of employee/owner relationships, limited data supporting system continuity may be retained for up to 1 year, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer legal retention period applies.
ReggBook may update these terms. The current version is published on reggbook.com. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes are handled by competent consumer authorities and courts where applicable; other disputes are subject to competent courts and enforcement offices under applicable law.
